We build programs and tools that restore communities.
In neighborhoods and nations where opportunity is limited, people carry the weight of realities they did not create. Local nonprofits are already working to change that. Fulcrum International works alongside them to build what their communities need: programs that open real pathways to employment and independence, tools that unlock access to services and resources, systems that let good organizations reach more of the people who need them.

We build programs
Strategic planning, operational systems, leadership development, program design, and fundraising support, built for the organizations that need them most.
We build tools
When the right technology does not exist, we build it. Tools created for one partner get transferred to them and made available to similar organizations worldwide.
We work through partners
We deploy through organizations already trusted in their communities across Nigeria, the US, and internationally. We stay through implementation, then hand it over.
We measure impact
Outcome tracking is built into every program from the start. We collect data, verify the work is moving in the right direction, and adjust when it is not.
What it looks like when programs and tools reach the right communities.
Every partnership begins with an organization already doing real work in a community that needs more. We build what they need. They carry it forward.
Nigeria • Workforce Development
Building a self-sustaining employment pipeline for a Nigerian outreach organization.
A Nigerian nonprofit was running community outreach work with no pathway to sustainable employment for the people it served. Fulcrum partnered with the organization to design a virtual assistant training program that creates a full pipeline: participants complete job-ready training, graduate into a VA business that employs them, and that business generates revenue that funds the nonprofit’s ongoing community work.
Solveline, a workforce platform built by Fulcrum for this program, powers tracking and placement and is now available to similar programs worldwide.
Boston, MA • Community Infrastructure
Building coordination infrastructure for Boston’s community sector.
Boston Collaborative convenes community organizations across the city around shared social impact goals. Dozens of partners had no shared system to find each other, coordinate resources, or amplify their collective impact.
Fulcrum is building the website and online directory that serves as connective tissue for the city’s community sector, enabling leaders to coordinate, connect communities to services, and operate as a unified network.

Five program areas. Built with partners. No cost to the organizations we serve.
These programs are developed in real partnerships and refined through each engagement. Donors fund the delivery so partner organizations never receive an invoice.
Strategic Planning
We work alongside leadership to build a direction the whole organization can move in, one that funders trust and staff can actually carry out.
Learn more →Operational Systems
We design and implement the financial controls, reporting systems, and administrative infrastructure that keep a growing organization running.
Learn more →Leadership Development
We work directly with executive directors and senior leaders, not training them, but building alongside them through the hardest parts of organizational growth.
Learn more →Program Design
We help organizations document and structure what they do so funders understand it, and so the programs themselves run more consistently and measurably.
Learn more →Fundraising Support
We help partner organizations build a financial base that does not collapse when one grant ends, covering strategy, prospecting, and the donor systems to sustain it.
Learn more →Fund the Work
Foundations, corporate partners, and individual donors make these programs possible at no cost to partner organizations. 501(c)(3) tax-deductible.
Give →We build it together. You own it when we leave.
Most organizations that get outside help receive a plan, a document, or a recommendation. We stay through implementation. That means building systems, training the team, running the program, and standing behind the work until the organization can run it without us.
When Fulcrum builds a tool, like Solveline our workforce platform, we transfer ownership to the partner organization. The tools we create are not products we sell. They are infrastructure we build for communities that need them.
Partnership, not service delivery
We work alongside partner organizations, not above them. The people on the ground know the community. We bring the programs and tools.
We stay through implementation
We stay until the systems are running and the team can own them. Delivering a plan and leaving is not something we do.
Ownership transferred at close
Tools built during a partnership belong to the partner organization. Programs developed together are theirs to carry forward.
We measure what we build
Impact tracking is built into every program from the start. We collect outcomes data, verify the work is moving in the right direction, and adjust when it is not.

A global team, embedded in the work.
Practitioners with backgrounds in nonprofit leadership, technology, international development, and program management, working across the US, Nigeria, and beyond.
Build something that matters. Together.
If your organization is doing real work in a community and you want a partner to help you build the programs and infrastructure to do more of it. We want to hear from you. If you want to fund this work, every gift reaches communities that would otherwise go without.
